Ordering Information

Rowan University box office offers numerous ways to purchase tickets.

Online: Tickets can be purchased online at Convenience fees do apply.

By Phone: The box office phone number is (856)256-4545. Press 1 to reach a box office representative during regular hours, or to leave a message when we are closed.

In Person: At the main box office located in the Pfleeger Concert Hall lobby, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, cash, and checks. If you purchase online, we also accept American Express.

Location Information

The main box office is located in the lobby of Pfleeger Concert Hall at Rowan University, Glassboro, New Jersey.

Remote locations for performances include the lobbies of Tohill Theater and outside of Studio 159 in Bunce Hall and Boyd Recital Hall in Wilson Hall.


Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday 11:00am - 1:00pm

The Rowan box office is open 11am-1pm Monday through Friday as well as one (1) hour prior to a performance start time.



We are pleased to offer discounts to the following populations(unless otherwise noted in show listing):

  • Rowan Faculty and Staff 
  • Rowan Alumni
  • Non-Rowan students  (which include children 18 and under and students at other universities)
  • Seniors (60+)
  • Active and Retired Military
  • ADA Accessible Seating Required
  • Glassboro Residents

Rowan Students

Rowan Students are FREE with valid ID for shows produced by The Department of Music and The Department of Theatre & Dance. Special Engagement concerts and performances are generally not free. Students can contact the box office by phone 856-256-4545 or email  for more information or to reserve tickets in advance.



Season Passes

With over 60 ticketed performances in our season, we offer different pass programs to meet your needs. All pass programs provide additional benefits such as priority seating for special engagement concerts and discounts on additional tickets.

($35) POP Season Pass- Parents Of Performers have the opportunity to purchase a discounted season pass good for all concerts and productions presented by the Department of Music and Theatre & Dance. With over 60 shows throughout the season, POP is the way to enjoy a year of outstanding performances. Benefits of being a POP Season Passholder:

  • The pass is transferable to members of your household
  • Not just for parents! Anyone who supports one of our CPA performers can purchase the pass (limit four passes per performer)
  • POP passholders recieve priority seating and priority access to CPA special engagement productions which includes advance purchase before general public.
  • POP discounts when purchasing additional tickets to shows.


($35) Glassboro Resident Pass - Our Glassboro community can attend all Departments of Music and Theatre & Dance performances with our Glassboro Resident Pass Program. 

  • GRP passholders receive priority seating and priority access to CPA special engagement productions which includes advance purchase before general public
  • Passholders will receive discounts when purchasing additional tickets to shows


($35) Music Season Pass - Wtih our Music Season Pass, you have access to all events produced by the Department of Music. This pass is non-transferable.


($40) Theatre & Dance Season Flex Pass - Our Season Flex Pass gives you (4) vouchers to use in any combination for any production in the 18|19 Mainstage Theatre & Dance season. While no advanced planning is necessary, we suggest you call or email in advance to reserve your seats. Bring your vouchers on the night of the show and exchange them for tickets. The $40 Season Flex Pass is a savings of $25 off if you purchased individual tickets to each show. Season Flex Pass holders also recieve a discount on Department of Music productions!
