  • Joseph Higgins shared a recording of the Rowan University Wind Ensemble with conference attendees. The recording had been selected from a national pool by juried review. Dr. Higgins then spoke about how to achieve excellence in performance with a small-to-mid-sized band program at College Band Directors National Conference in February 2023
