We are excited to see you are interested in applying to Rowan University's Department of Music. These informative sessions, hosted by Department of Music faculty, are a great opportunity to speak with current students, learn more about the audition process, ask questions about our degree programs, and get a sense of what it is like to be a music major at Rowan. Department of Music Honors, Scholarships, and Awards

Transfer students: Transfer students will begin music degree programs at the level of applied study based on their demonstrated proficiency. The student’s degree completion plan will be developed in consultation with the Department of Music Program Advisor and the Applied lesson Instructor. Transfer credits will be reviewed and applied to degree requirements according to the New Jersey Statewide Transfer Agreement (
