2023 Youth Ambassadors Program:

For band and orchestra teachers: Join other ensembles from throughout the region as we perform Beneath the Canopy and Song for Mother Gaia this Spring 2023 (separately, at our own schools). Dr. Higgins is available to present a free presentation scheduled during your band’s regular rehearsal about the role of musicians in creating a sustainable future – how to be an engaged artist citizen! Simply email Dr. Higgins (higgins@rowan.edu) to join or for more information; parts to one or both pieces are available free to participating ensembles.

Individual students whose ensembles participate in this project are then invited to Rowan University on Thursday, April 20, 2023, for the first annual Sound Planet Music Festival Youth Ambassadors event!
