Biography

Jamie Leigh Grace-Duff loves to help characters emerge from fabric. As a Costume Designer, she recently created costumes for T Lang's residency at Temple University and the world premiere of Local Girls at Azuka Theater. Coming up soon, designs for Muddled by Josh Piven and Orbiter3's summer production. Previously she has worked with Revolution Shakespeare, The Renegade Company, BRAT Productions, EgoPo Theater, Swine Palace (Louisiana), and others. She has worked at Barter Theater (Virginia) as a stitcher, Centerstage (Maryland) as a first-hand, MassMoCA (Massachusetts) as a docent/tailor, and The National Constitution Center (Philadelphia) as the wardrobe supervisor. Also passionate about cultivating the next generation of makers, Jamie teaches costuming classes at Rowan and spends her summers teaching sewing and fashion design with The Handwork Studio. She holds a MFA in Costume Design and Technology from Temple University and BS in Fashion Design from Drexel University.
