Music Shadow Day - November 6
The Music Department looks forward to welcoming future Music Students for an exciting day where students will have the opportunity to attend a class, participate in a lesson or rehearsal and meet current Rowan Music Students!

Single Reed Day- October 22nd, 2023
The Department of Music's Dr. Noa Even and Dr. Rié Suzuki look forward to welcoming clarinet and saxophone players for an exciting day of clinics, master classes and performances! Bring your instrument and participate in our monster clarinet and saxophone ensembles, work with Rowan faculty, meet fellow musicians and learn more about your instrument.
Open to students in 8th grade and above, music educators, professional performers and community members.
Music Teacher National Association Competition-October 29th, 2023
Flute Clinic- November 19th, 2023
Explore new techniques, repertoire and ideas! Movement and Music will kick off the day with free-flow musical interpretation followed by a session on flute technique, guiding participants through technical issues. The clinic culminates with a performance for anyone who wants to play!

Rowan University Bass Hang- February 2th, 2024
Learn the string bass, work on playing and hang out with Rowan’s bassists. Sessions will focus on advanced technique, solo and ensemble playing, jazz bass line creation, practice strategies, auditioning and performance, culminating in a concert featuring all participants. Open to bassists age 10-18.
