Biography
Bryan O'Lone, a Composer-Pianist, gave the premier performance of his Sonata in b minor for Cello & Piano with David Agia in January 2025 while a recording of his 24 Preludes for Piano by pianist Wenyi Xiong are in progress. He is the winner of concerto competitions at Rowan University and The Pennsylvania State University, performing Prokofiev's Second Piano Concerto with Jiannan Cheng and Gerardo Edelstein conducting, respectively. His string-shattering performance with Maestro Edlestein was dedicated to the memory of his mentor, Vitalij Kuprij, for whom he is currently composing a new sacred choral work. His piano Students are active performers and prizewinners in Music Teachers National Association competitions and recitals. Once a student of Veda Zuponcic at Rowan University, Mr. O'Lone is now a 2nd year DMA student of Dr. Kristin Stephenson and teaching assistant to Dr. Ted Christopher at The Pennsylvania State University.
