Arts Management Sustainability: Discovering Innovative Ways to Reach Audiences of the Future
ACCESS THE WEBINAR RECORDING BY FILLING OUT THE FORM IN THE SECTION BELOW.
Webinar Description
Resilience, effective leadership, financial management, and ongoing creativity are essential for the future of our arts organizations. We look to leaders in these organizations to strategize both short-term and long-term goals, considering all that the pandemic has imposed on theatre, non-profits, music, dance, visual arts, and our arts education programs in schools.
Join us as we discuss new strategies and ideas for programs and organizations to re-engage with their audience members while maintaining their mission. We will explain how to identify new ways organizations can continue to thrive and grow by developing future plans, expanding their reach, while remaining flexible and resilient.
This event is hosted by the Rowan University College of Performing Arts.
