Biography

Jaime Bermejo is a Pianist and Music Educator based in South Jersey. While a student at Rowan University, he studied piano with Professor Veda Zuponcic and conducting, with Director of Orchestral Activities at Rowan University, Professor Jiannan Cheng. Mr. Bermejo took his first  piano lesson at 19, with David Anderson of Rowan College of South Jersey, and despite that late start, he believes it is never too late to follow your passion if you are willing to work hard.  He hopes to instill this concept in his students. He has had lessons and masterclasses with Dr. Douglas Humpherys, Dr. Peter Mack, Dr. Edisher Savitsky, Dr. Nicholas Susi, Dr.  Chiu- Tze Lin, and Professor Veda Zuponcic in furthering his knowledge of piano technique and pedagogue. He holds a BA in Education: Subject Matter Education (Music), and a BM in Music Education (Instrumental, Piano), both from Rowan University.
